Visit Policies

• Making a reservation in advance is mandatory for treatment. Please use the mail form for it. Treatments may not be available if you visit here without a reservation.
• In case you need to cancel it or change the reservation time, please do so 24 hours prior to your visit.
• 50 % of total treatment fees will be charged if you cancel it or change the time within 24 hours of the booked time.
• For unnotified cancellation, the full amount of the regular price will be charged.
• Regarding reservation rescheduling, it might not be available if it is made on the same day of reservation.
• It is non-refundable if you make the treatment time shorter due to personal circumstances on the day of reservation.
• Please note that we may call you or send you a mail to confirm your reservation.
• Please use “Foreigner specialized menu” that is available on our HP of your first visit.
• We speak English, but not fluently.
• Interpreter service may be used to explain for inquiries in advance or consultation matters on the day of reservation.
• Please make sure to confirm the salon location by referring the “Direction guide with photos” on our HP in advance.
• It is not possible to treat more than two people at the same time. Please reserve different time or day for each.
• Payment method: Cash (Japanese Yen)
• Please do not speak loudly or make noise. Additionally, please use silent mode on your mobile phone.
• People who are pregnant, alcohol drinkers, have diabetes, strong allergies, severe illness, etc., may not be able to receive our treatment.
• Our treatment is only for adults, so it is unavailable for children.
• Please refrain from visiting us with elementary school students or younger infants and pets.
